Catchy, soulful and raw. Nashville’s own, The Hollow Roots, have returned from a more than 2 years silence period with a better, solid sound for their new indie blues rock single, “Blame“. A song that explores self-reflection and growth.
A 4 piece from Nashville, Tennessee, The Hollow roots are an indie-rock, blues band who after more that two years since their sophomore album “Ghost(s)” was launched, have returned once more with a new, bigger, better sound.
Refining their methods, THR delivered to us their brand new single “Blame”. The first of a series of singles ready to be launched this summer previous to their upcoming EP “Modern Medicine”, set to release in the fall.
Having grown sonically and lyrically, the band has been able to mature their sound while still holding true to their origins
“The Hollow Roots have trimmed the fat, honed in on their song craft, and balanced their sound, and on the other side have produced a solid, catchy indie-rock song that will have the listener singing along to both the riffs and melody.”
“Blame” is the band’s next step to become a rock band easily relatable to anyone. A familiar blues vibe mixed with a unique sound of hot guitars, grooving drums, fat bass and layered vocals are sure to captive the listener’s ears and sing along the song’s vibrant chorus.

Once the pandemic is over, The Hollow Roots plan to return to their never-ending tour and to complete their third full-length album by the end of fall 2021.
