SheBeat “Remember Love”

SheBeat describes deep feelings of love, throwing listeners back into their most enamored state, with her (for now) exclusive Bandcamp and Patreon release, ‘Remember Love’.

A self-proclaimed liverbird in Scotland, this believer of freedom and relaxation is none other than singer-songwriter SheBeat, a creative with songs you can’t help but hum along and toe-tap with. Having a wide range of influences but falling mainly into the indie folk spectrum featuring a strong country feel, with her songwriting abilities rivaling that of a profound and knowledgeable storyteller, SheBeat shares her stories and experience in a gentle manner.

Temporarily only available in fan-powered platforms Patreon and Bandcamp, where one subscribes to the creator for extra content or directly purchases the track, SheBeat lets her loyal fans enjoy Remember Love since the sixth of August 2021, but the single will be available on all streaming sites later on this Thursday August 19th.

YouTube and Soundcloud now have this song uploaded and ready to be enjoyed as well, and the song can currently be pre-saved here

From the moment SheBeat stepped into the scene by picking up her guitar and walking head-first into this new world in Liverpool at the end of 2012, she’s shown that she can naturally stand out among others. With every following project, she’s been able to continue demonstrating with her work, original from the very start, that caring side of her that is present in her every action.

Remember Love is her most romantic example to date. The song is a declaration of adoration at its purest form, with the first line even stating how this love song was written for the object of her affections in a display of loyalty and confidence. In her usual easy-going pace, SheBeat sings about the one she loves and the way he makes her feel. Experiencing a romance where all the love songs feel as though they’re written about them, SheBeat decided to go the extra mile and truly create a song with her and her beau as the protagonists.

When talking about the song, the artist highlights once again the depth and strength of her feelings, stating: “I have written lots of love songs in my time as SheBeat, but this song is a promise to my new love that all the love songs I’ve ever written are about them right now — I have hearts in my eyes for only him… I’m a romantic, you can tell?”

She continues and describes her newest release as “a declaration to a new love, with all the optimism and joy that [it] involves infused into the music and lyrics”.

With the help of Margate artist Margo McDaid, the artist of the cover and someone who SheBeat has admired and followed for quite some time, SheBeat feels that the cover of Remember Love accurately represents her, her work, and McDaid’s too, describing it as none other than simple, of character and with memorable messages.

True to her word, both SheBeat and Remember Love make for an unforgettable, easy to sing along to experience where the listener feels both understood and appreciated. Her gentle alternative indie-folk sound mixed with her contagious melodies and heart-felt lyrics are not found anywhere, making SheBeat and her sincerity stand out from miles away, as a beacon of light one can always rely on.
