Once again, the Mexican magician “MadZen” delivers a spell that wraps us and teleports us to a different dimension. A dimension with obscure landscapes, but soothing textures.
Spiritual DeepTech producer, MadZen, surprises us with two new releases “Arlequin” and “Ramesh”. Two very powerful and exciting tracks with Downtempo vibes and Psytrance influences.
MadZen continues to represent the Downtempo / Organic House community, both in his natal Mexico and outwards. Countries like Rumania, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, India, and Lebanon are beginning to set their eyes on him and his magnetic sound.
“The Flute” by Madzen is one hell of a ride. A track with lots of different & exotic instruments from countries like Turkey, Lebanon, Greece, and even Syria.
“Yalla” by K’Khem and Madzen is a magical uptempo track with lots of exotic vibes, spiritual vocals, and worldly instruments from different cultures.
“I got in touch with MadZen after discovering his music on Instagram and immediately knew I wanted to do some sort of collaboration. The lyrics for ‘Pablo Picasso’ had come to me a little while back, but I didn’t have a melody in mind at the time so I just added them to a note on my phone. When I heard the instrumentals he send over in the early stages of our project, I knew that the concept would fit perfectly! ” KIMMERLY
“A Downtempo track with lots of organic elements, and soft & lush pads that keep waving across the beat. After finishing it, it kinda made me feel like walking across beautiful plains, surrounded by huge mountains. Hence the title “Llanuras” which means plains.” Madzen
“It’s called “El Mexicano” because the energy it irradiates reminds me of the Mexican spirit, and of course, the trumpets add a lot to the Latin vibe. Joy, celebration, love, and an unbreakable spirit are what defines us the most.” Madzen
