Hallowed Keys is a new project solo that started this year. The project is greatly influenced by the dark melodic sounds of Canadian R&B and Alternative rock. Ever since the project started, they’ve been playing show across their local circuit and looking forward to building a loyal fan base that connect with their sound.

“When I originally made this track it was a synthpop / new wave song with my friend. I loved the lyrics and I wrote to the song but felt like something was missing. I always wanted to do a stripped-down acoustic sound like the 90’s MTV unplugged grunge and rock bands. So I stripped the whole song down to just guitar and percussion and it worked well. I showed the song around to my friends and they all seemed to love it as well. Even though my sound going forward is going to be different this is a good introduction as a first song since acoustic songs are easier to get into for a casual listener.”
