The Marsh Family are back to greet 2024 with a new single “The Bubble Song”. Following up from the experiences of the lockdown year and the valuable lessons learned in that time, The Marsh Family bring forth an uplifting and cheerful tune celebrating the power of unity in times of need.

Born on a rainy little vacation, where music became the haven of positivity in the wet chaos created by bad weather, “The Bubble Song” by The Marsh Family is a song showing true creativity sprouted from limitations. In this particular case the family car was too small to fit all the instruments, and as a result the song adopted a light-hearted and cheerful sound with the foundation of ukulele and various tiny handheld percussion instruments.
There’s another change that has happened in this 6-headed family band – this single sees their 16-year-old son Tom taking the front stage providing the vocals. While sheltered away from the rain, memories from the lockdown times came back, and that’s what “The Bubble Song” navigates with a tone of gratitude for having trusted people around. “There’s room for you in my bubble”, sung with an elevated mood and a smile, shows that every hardship can be overcome together with support from caring people in your life. Be it the endless prisoner-at-your-home days or being stuck in shelter in a very rainy France.
The single will be accompanied by another release later in the summer season. That one will see the girls taking the center stage unraveling another highly relevant theme surrounded by a funkier sound. Stay tuned!
