The idea that your own self-worth is directly tied to a relationship is vehemently negated by Costello on her new single, offering a world of free will and strength that comes from a very intimate and honest place, and perhaps a tastefully perverse one as well. “This song is about embracing where you are in life right now, loving yourself, and knowing that you’re enough just as you are,” the artist comments on the track.
