Technotanguero has just released “Saudade”, a moody, nostalgic, twirling and highly passionate latin-infused instrumental trip-hop single, which follows the footsteps of a two lovers, the past and the future, never really meant to stay in each others arms.

In the ample space veiled mostly by the shadows cast by velvet curtains, tension is built with the fingered guitar running a quick progress of a melody. A sense of passionate love comes to play and grows stronger, as the percussion starts finding new layers. With it, a tone of nostalgia-tinted sadness makes its presence, weaving memories into where the velvety feel of love was just before.
As the song continues building momentum with increasingly layered melodies and trip-hop rhythms, the mood is never reaching the major notes. The knowledge of it being the last dance is a sting felt sorely throughout the dance, and the passionate swirls make it just a little bit less acutely felt. What will be left of the night, is a memory remembering the velvet touch of love and the bitterness of it being part of the nostalgic clips of history.
The romantic-longing tune shows yet another facet of what Technotanguero, an Italian duo consisting of two soulmates, Massimiliano and Ilaria, is capable of creating. The inkling of music-making passion has followed Massimiliano throughout his life, and now it’s in full bloom with even more buds in the way, as the duo has fully dived into creating and innovating.
