Todo Mal en Nombre del Bien (All Wrong in the Name of Good) is a dialogue inspired by A Clockwork Orange, reflecting on punishment and institutional violence.
Bertram 37 is based on a real incident at sea, resurfaces in No Hype through imagery of wreckage and disorientation: “Full of memories that fade away. A drifting boat in the high seas. The keel stranded. Waves crashing in my mind.”
No Hype transforms the nautical disaster into a metaphor for mental decline — a rudderless boat adrift in the ocean of memory. The song also expands on the theme of detachment, describing a state of disillusionment without complaint or enthusiasm.
Plancha de Metal (Metal Plate) ties everything together in a visceral way. It also inserts a direct tribute to Tony Iommi, referencing the accident
that severed his fingers: “A silent man from Birmingham / Lost his middle and his ring finger / To the metal plate.”
