“Ladder to Infinity” explores that deep-rooted wish to leave something meaningful behind. We can’t live forever, but the integral wish to be something more than what we are during our lifetimes runs deep in us. Whether it’s a king doing his absolute best to have male heir to continue his legacy, or an artist making music that’s still being played long after they’re gone, the wish to exist for much longer remains steadfast.
Michellar’s emotional voice gives color to that hope of building a meaningful legacy above being a speck in a river of existence. Through poetic lyrics, the wish for infinity along with unsubtle fear of being lost in the past culminates into an anthemic celebration powered by sheer hope and determination to be more than just a momentary spark that goes unnoticed. We want to have a lasting impact.
This energizing and hope-filled EDM song was also selected as a finalist on World Cup Playlist Competition “One World 2026”. Made in partnership with Disco.ac and Tapyoca, the competition lets independent artists submit their creations to be distributed on physical fan cards given to more than 10 thousand visitors attending the World Cup events in New York and New Jersey this summer.
