But it wasn’t until recently when Frank realized what an incredible piece of music “Torture” really is. This little mistake is now fixed, “Torture” is now out as a proudly standing single and a statement of Frank Joshua’s musicality.

This hidden gem was first discovered by BAD Waves Radio, a radio station in Chicago with a crew that despite the name “Bad” have a solid music taste and a good ear for gems. “Torture”, the album closer track with little attention gathered was found by them and then played repeatedly to the point Frank noticed and then realized, why.
One glance at the track reveals the answer to the “why” pretty much immediately. There’s immense depths embedded in lyrics met by evocative and illustrative vocals that speak of the torturous nature of relationships in the sort of fleeting, mystical way. Frank is really good at this sort of thing, yet he still manages to add something new into each of his tunes. Not just the nocturnal feel or the echoing sound looking into the depths within us, but something more. And it’s incredible.

Its melodies and steady rhythm keep things in motion, while the deep dark space is explored in detail that’s yet to be seen.
