David Goundry is an English singer and songwriter who’s released his first EP Time and Place back in 2021. Now, the artist is back with a BRAND-NEW track titled “Coming Right at You” and bringing forth classical influences and sounds. Heavily inspired by 60s and 70s artists such as The Beatles and Bob Dylan, his new track comes as a soft rock masterpiece.
The track is the first glimpse of new music released by David Goundry since the EP and stands as the lead single of his debut album Glazbury Road due to November. “Coming Right at You” is a smooth track featuring mellow productions and an intrinsic hopefulness that feels like a warm cup of tea. Offering a laid-back attitude and simple melodies that grow into beautiful harmonic chants, his latest single is an impressive revival of old-school sonic aesthetics transported into contemporary times with elegance and ease.
