Through beautiful, emotional piano melodies and compositions, highlighting the wonders locked away just to conform, the single invites listeners to stay strong and true to themselves in life’s hardships. As simple as that. Just stay. Don’t give in to the temptation to lie to yourself, and don’t look harshly at others’ mistakes, because their hardships aren’t visible to you. In the era where hypocrisy is featured nearly everywhere, a person’s honesty to oneself and others becomes a great value.
Hailing from Sigulda, composer and music producer GatiS aka Gatis Stūrnieks is a veteran in Latvian music scene since the 90s, being a founder of successful pop group Duets DIVI as well as having his music featured in a variety of theater pieces, TV performances and radio series. Since 2024, the artist has returned to writing new music under the alias GatiS, releasing a string of reflective, soulful compositions mirroring the hidden, fleeting moments of life.
