All the way from Vienna, Austria, Siren Call is an alternative rock band that gathers influences from grunge acts with uncanny Shirley Manson sensibility. They released several singles from 2013 to 2017, and now are back with a powerful new EP in collaboration with producer Danny Saber that reimagines all of their previous material and breathes new life into each track.
The Danny Saber Remixes sharpens the band’s teeth and infuses the songs with an extra bite, echoing the dark experimentations and electronic leanings of acts like Placebo. “LA Crash”, the EP’s opening track, offers a landscape of heavy guitar riffs and intricate atmospheres, allowing for the song to reach new heights with remarkable ease. On Danny’s remix, “LA Crash” fully gives into the haunting melodies of the original, sounding richer and fuller than ever before, making its lyrics about the love/hate relationship with Los Angeles feel even more impactful.

The band met Danny at a birthday party in Los Angeles, and their chemistry was immediate.
