Segana, Australian alt-pop duo, have just released their debut full-length release, a dark and emotionally intense “Midnight Masquerade”. On this synth-heavy record, the duo explores a late-night collision of spurring desire and the thrill of danger in a vivid, fast-paced atmosphere. One of the darker and more uneasy songs on the album, “How Could They Know”, invites into a hypnotic realm of secrets and hidden truth.
As fit for something that’s shrouded in mystery, this song opens up with an immediate momentum provided by deep bassline as well as a very steady beat.
