ProntaCorde is the brainchild of Mexican artist José-Alberto Gallegos, a solo project that has been captivating listeners with fearless, genre-defying music since 2020. Blending the pulse of electronic music with the soul of indie, jazz, funk, and retro soul, ProntaCorde creates a vibrant sound all its own. His acclaimed discography includes Coming Home (2021), Music Of My Life (2023), and Intercontinental Radio: Sounds from Another Place, Another Time (2025). His latest single, “Faro,” released in March 2026, shines as another powerful expression of his creative vision.
“Hasta El Final” (meaning “Until the End”), heralds the Mexican artist’s new offering, set for release on November 12th, 2026. A powerful collaboration among extraordinary musicians, the song features David De León, guitarist for Sonido Viceroy, whose electrifying playing infuses the journey with depth and magic, while Victoria Maggio’s tender vocal delivery preserves its warmth and intimacy, enveloping listeners as though she were singing softly right into their ear.
“There is a recurring tension between the immense and the small. The universe can contract around two people, but reaching the end of the cosmos may simply mean ending up in someone’s arms.” – ProntaCorde
With its larger-than-life sound, the song explodes with breathtaking energy, hurling us into a state of pure trance as we race through the farthest reaches of the universe at unimaginable speed. It delves into the intoxicating power of love to dissolve every boundary, transforming the idea into a dreamlike voyage where two souls passionately invite each other to journey together to the very edge of existence.
