Rebel Camp “Dance Dance Dance”

Looking to spin up some dust and glitter on the dance floor and get your body movin’? Rebel Camp will join you, and the group has a fantastic new song to play out – the burst of energy, happy moods and neverending desire to dance through the night is set to infect everybody. This is Rebel Camp’s newest single called:

“Dance Dance Dance”!

Twangy and youthful, “Dance Dance Dance” aims to forget everything that hurts and disappoints, pulling the listeners into a wild dance circle. Filled to the brim with exciting sounds, the single has an exotic feel weaved into its bopping bassline, speedy percussion and joyful vocals. Considering how positive and dancy this song is, it’s surprising to learn it originated from quite a terrible experience, but at the same time the single proves how dancing through your lowest can in the end help you feel much better.

“The composer/Songwriter of this song was left at the altar on his wedding day. Standing in front of a mirror and dancing became a respite from the depression he suffered as a result, and it would become the inspiration for the track now titled Dance Dance Dance. Together with a friend and a Yahama PSR keyboard, and under a record time of 30 minutes, the core parts of the music were put together but then shelved. Several years later, the need to properly record it in a studio arose. Wanting to create a unique sound like nothing out there at the moment, led to collaborations with independent artists from around the world, with each artist given the freedom to interpret the song in their own way. This blend of styles contributes to the eclectic sound of the track to make it a work of art that stands alone.”

Rebel Camp

“Dance Dance Dance” is the first song coming from Rebel Camp, the supergroup of independent artists collaborating from one another. Born out of necessity when Covid lockdowns crossed out all live events and thus the main income for all performing artists, Rebel Camp brings together a slew of artists from around the world, giving them a platform and an opportunity to make music together. One of the goals Rebel Camp is working on achieving, is a full-length studio album, which will hopefully become reality by winter 2024.
