The duo is now presenting a more “bluesy” sound, inspired by a biographical tale of gentrification wrapped up in family myth…
“Witch On The Corner”, tells the tale of a disgruntled woman who views newcomers as foes, until she meets the one that has her number. And you can tell when shit hits the fan just by listening to the track! It starts heavy, but it gets heavier and more chaotic, spiraling down, just like the witch’s life.
Mr. Strontium provides his amazing drumming skills, with Meg delivering the nastiest riffs possible made on a Ukulele. An explosive and exciting experience that grabs us by the ears and throws us into a vortex of old-school blues. In other words, a slide blues powerhouse.
