Born in a musical family, Grey Jeán started writing music in their teenage years as well as singing in church choirs, open mic nights, and live performances. Jeán et Joie was born in 2022 as Grey’s personal repertoire grew, and now the band is based in North Carolina, writing music inspired by the tangible and intangible, experiences and emotional integrity. This is an exciting new discovery for all folk and blues lovers!
“Glory Be” joins the sophomore single “Fried Rice” in announcing the upcoming debut EP “Brambles” set to release in the coming months.
