That’s right my friends, DOAMIATH are BACK. One of the most interesting duos that ever spawned from the city of Boston has returned with yet another trippy and mind-bending single. “Worry” is, for the untrained ear, formless. A bizarre cumulus of sounds and textures that seem to be taken from an independent sci-fi movie.
But after a good listen we as listeners can perceive the magical and perplexing qualities of this song, as well as the variety of musical influences embedded in it. Reggae, trip-hop, electronica, psychedelic rock, hip-hop, all of these genres together at once creating a landscape most people have never heard before.
DOAMIATH, created by Lee Leffler (guitars, vocals, everything else but drums) and Michael Frackleton (drums, vocals, everything else but guitar), have on their backs 30+ years of musical experience. Weathered in the 80’s Boston post-punk scene, the duo has recently reunited, with more technology and modern production techniques.
