With this single of hope, The Marsh Family thinks about the innocent civilians stuck in death and hatred and encourages people to see past each other’s differences and to recognise fellow souls. Since the beginning of October, the news has become full of even more war themes, this time coming from the front of Palestine and Israel. In the midst of military activity and destruction, countless families of innocent people suffer. That detail is often left out from the news, but The Marsh Family wants to highlight the terror seen through the eyes of the terrified civilians just wishing to be seen as equals. Using the most impactful channel – music – the artistic family brings forth a serious, but simultaneously hope-filled and uplifting message.

Written to reflect the surrounding darkness and despair, “If That Day Comes Round” shows a heavy weight of broken emotions in heartfelt lyrics and gives the resulting pain its voice through emotional vocals.
