German-Italian composer Julian Petrin has a new single “Tides of the Bloom” planned for release at the end of this month. This instrumental composition is new for the audience, but it’s also one of the earliest pieces coming from the artist’s backlog. “Tides of the Bloom” is a reworked piece echoing the revitalizing changes brought forth by springtime.

Reflecting the untamed force of vitality behind everything that grows, “Tides of the Bloom” is a flowing composition of something seemingly quite small having a huge role. It’s ethereal throughout with angelic female vocals shimmering in the background, and elevated synth melody singing its line. And while the individual instruments refrain from making themselves too apparent, the whole piece is quite immense and powerful. Just like an individual bloom in its determination to live, joining the eruption of colors in the landscape after snow has finally gone.
This single is part of Julian Petrin’s ongoing work of re-recording his earlier pieces of music. Originally created sometime in the 80s and 90s, Petrin has kept the original atmosphere the piece had while giving it a fresh air through modern electronica. Result is a stunning timeless sound, which has no doubt captured the energy of life known as spring season.
