About the artist
Once described as the love child of Sia and Johnny Cash Anna creates an alternative soundscape that lingers long after the last note fades.
Born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa, Anna Wolf is a dynamic London-based artist who embarked on her musical journey at the age of 5. Growing up in a challenging household, Anna discovered her strength and purpose through the power of songwriting.
The singer draws inspiration from formidable and intense genres like Rock, Grunge, and Punk, while seamlessly infusing her music with Pop elements reminiscent of Sia.
In her own words, Anna’s biggest intention with her music is to “empower people, liberate them from their dark narratives, and serve as a steadfast reminder that they are capable of overcoming any toxic situation.“
About the release:
“I was addicted to the passion of “love”. I came to find that in fact this was a running theme in my life. As Machine Gun Kelly would say, “Romanticizing the wrong things for the wrong reasons”. From here my song FREE was born.” – Anna Wolf
“Free” is Anna’s powerful journey through the struggles of addiction to a toxic relationship. In her quest for genuine love, she navigated the tumultuous ups and downs with a partner who was not right for her, ultimately emerging stronger and more resilient.
The track is undeniably unique, carrying a sound all its own. With a bold minimalistic approach featuring just vocals and a solitary synth, it gradually unfolds and evolves into a powerful force of intense Rock and Roll.

Wolf’s vocals are nothing short of pristine, showcasing extraordinary talent and an unmatched passion that elevates the song’s atmosphere. It exudes a dark ambiance with lonesome undertones, yet ultimately inspires strength and resilience in everyone who listens.
