While he also aims for an organic sound, Cohn recently began to experiment with synths, which you can hear on the beginning of the track.

“This song is about my frustration with what’s happened in our culture. The nonstop violence that seems to be promulgated in the news media, in the movie and video game industry, and of course the senseless school shootings that seem to happen almost every other week here in America. Not only do we have a gun problem, but we have a mental health problem, We don’t seem to understand the “value” of human life. We need to create more empathy in the world. This song is about how I just started to feel so sick and tired of all the violence in the world.”
