Featured young Italian session vocalist, Chiara A, who specializes in jingles and voice-overs, has become a permanent fixture within the COR roster. With zero experience in the Nu-metal or Hard-Rock genres, she delivered the most impressive screams and the upmost tender melodies, leaving even Ed Silva himself astonished.
“What she did blew my mind,” says Ed Silva. “On the track ‘Impulse,’ she tracked screams to keep timing, assuming they’d be replaced. Instead, they stayed. There is an innocent, ‘adorable’ quality to her performance—like a child emulating her father—that provided a contrast so authentic I refused to edit it.
“Impulse” stands out as an extraordinary anthem that resonates with profound vulnerability, chaos, and grit. The album “Patterns” is not just a collection of songs; it’s a “sonic snapshot” that captures raw emotions rather than a straightforward narrative. While 90% of the music was crafted between 2013 and 2018, the lyrics were written between the years of 2024 and 2026.
