This UK Punk trio delivers a fierce and heavy banger that will make you bop your head all day long. “Lizzy“, as a nod to Thin Lizzy, is a marvelous Punk track with lots of energy that takes pride on being the underdog.
Suzitoy is a Punk trio based in London, UK. Initially formed in 2018 by Marlon (guitar/vox), and Ko (bass/vox), both of these musicians have honed their skills after being in punk band ‘We Buy Gold’. They compose the foundational melodies of the tracks, while Bish, formally of ‘Flesh for Lulu’, (drums) brings the heat of the drums.
“Lizzy” is the British trio latest track, available for streaming in June 3, and it carries all of that Punk attitude mixed with some elements of Rock. A heavy banger that perfectly fits into any category of the Punk genre, and delivers a high dose of power with its electrifying riffs while speaking about desires, jilted love and being the underdog.
Drawing influence all the way from EDM, to Punk Rock, film score music, and even American West coast rap, Suzitoy likes to keep the element of the surprise within their tracks, making them unpredictable and exciting. As any good Punk band, they bring uncomfortable and controversial subjects to the forefront, pushing the boundary between political correctness and artistic endeavour.
