What’s going on my dear and fellow readers, welcome back! It’s your boy, MadZen, and today I present to you the latest release by this Munich-based artist. A track with no other intention than to make you dance, and for sure it will!
De Antiquis et Novis is the project of German artist Matthias Schorer, a producer, composer and engineer with an affinity to dance music. Inspired by acts like Christopher Von Deylen, Schiller and Daft Punk, his productions are energetic, classic-styled, and with a lot of groove.
“Vallis Bouvard” was originally released on Schorer’s second album “MOON” back in 2021, but now the producer presents to us a much more radio-friendly version. You will listen to a tight kick, a groovy bass, and funky/disco elements. Vocal samples are also present in the track, helping create a more lively atmosphere, with euphoric chants and warming melodies.
The German artist is currently working on a new album called “Dance!”, an album filled with only danceable beats. Targeted for release in mid-2023, the upcoming album promises to be an exciting collection of dancing songs, perfect for any electronic (House) music lovers. So, listen now!
