ALL ALBUMS/EPS SUBMITTED AND

DISCOVERED VIA MUSOSOUP

.- THOSE FOG-COVERED SERENE LANDSCAPES INFORM THE SOUND OF MOUNTAINS OF JURA’S NEWEST RECORD. IT’S NOT A SPECIFIC LANDSCAPE SOMEWHERE IN A KNOWN COUNTRY, BUT ONE PRESENT IN THE LISTENER’S IMAGINATION. MOUNTAINS OF JURA TAKES A KEEN LEAP AWAY FROM THE FAMILIAR AND DIVES INTO BEAUTIFUL SHOEGAZE ATMOSPHERE, BRIDGING THE FAMILIAR WITH UNFORESEEN IN THE VALLEYS OF THOSE TALL MOUNTAINS. You can keep reading our review here.

.- 51 MILES AWAY, THE BAVARIAN / SAXONY-ANHALT BASED ALT ROCK DUO HAVE RETURNED WITH A NEW BODY OF WORK IN TANDEM, THIS TIME BEING THEIR SECOND FULL-LENGTH ALBUM “TIME CATCHER”. COMING BACK AS MOODIER AND BOASTING A DEEPENED ROCK SOUND, THE DUO HAVE SOME SERIOUS STORIES PUT IN THE ALBUM AND WISH TO GIVE A VOICE TO ALL THE MISUNDERSTOOD PEOPLE SUFFERING IN SILENCE. You can keep reading our review here.

.- ALL THE WAY FROM ATHENS, GREECE; HOUSE OF MANY OF THE MOST BRILLIANT MINDS TO EVER WALK THE PLANET; NOIZ RITUAL, A NEW ALTERNATIVE METAL/POST GRUNGE/NU METAL BAND MAKES AN OUTSTANDING DEBUT WITH THEIR EP: “EMBRACE THE NOIZ”. OUT NOW! You can keep reading our review here.

.- Johnny & The Mood Swings in his own words: “Our band is an eclectic kind of indie rock. We truly believe to have created something unique. We are especially interested in creating interesting arrangements, our songs have complex harmonies on the strings and horns, strange time signatures, a strong Brazilian music influence. While remaining true to the short and catchy pop song we love so dearly since we were kids listening to The Beatles in our parents’ car.”

.- The Shining Tongues is the songwriting vehicle of Daniel Knowler (The Infinite Three, Cindytalk, Sweetie), formed in 2020 when Daniel reconnected with The Infinite Three bassist Sam Mclaughlin to begin a new collaborative project. Recorded by the current live line-up of Daniel, Sam, Robin Jax and Willie Nash over a two-year period, the second Shining Tongues’ album is called “This Body of Mine Will Disintegrate“. A hallucinogenic meditation on impermanence, the new album explores the personal, political and spiritual through a coagulation of influences from ambient drone, folk, psychedelia, gothic and art rock.

.-Dover Lynn Fox “Low Moon” is a collection of landmark songs; a fusion of folk, pop and rock, influenced by my favourite 60’s and 70’s music. The songs that make up Low Moon are tied together by their connection to nature, landscapes and the pronounced environment that drives each piece.

.- Boka Balogh “Disposable” is a wildly honest and unapologetic indie pop ode to trauma that humans have to face while becoming of age. Borka drags you with her on a strangely comforting ride along her experiences growing up in a broken home and battling addiction in relationships, all this with her signature Hungarian folk-inspired, dreamy sound. At the end of listening to this EP your conception of “trauma” might shift in ways you did not expect!

.- Moon Under Water‘s third album, “Some of us were islands,” is a hazy tale of contrasts – of beginnings and endings and the shambles in between. Layering elements of indie-folk and art-rock, the record represents an evolution: songwriter and producer Michael Bloss is joined by versatile drummer Adam Newton.

.- Irish singer-songwriter Sarah O’Moore released her debut her EP, ‘Social Paralysis,’ on May 28th. Drawing inspiration from James Joyce’s ‘Dubliners,’ the EP offers a compelling exploration of the human condition. With a focus on themes such as addiction, domestic abuse, and neglected youth, each track delves into the complexities of contemporary life. Through poignant lyrics and evocative melodies, O’Moore sheds light on the harrowing experiences faced by individuals grappling with these issues. Her music serves as a powerful platform for empowering survivors and encouraging listeners to confront the realities of modern life.
