ALL ALBUMS/EPS SUBMITTED AND
DISCOVERED VIA MUSOSOUP
1.- One of the Boston area’s newest acts, Mad Painter, has roots in 1970s melodic rock. They primarily perform original music, that spans from psychedelic rock from the Woodstock era to rock’n’roll with glam overtones like Mott the Hoople and Faces to anthemic stadium rock ethos a la Uriah Heep. The band consists of four individuals with varied backgrounds. You can keep reading our review here.
2.- From the ’50s and 60’s influence to a modern and fresh sound, Blu Joy’s self-titled album is a collection of melody-rich sounds, with vintage undertones. “Blue Joy” achieves to deliver good vibes like it’s nothing, with a warm embrace of crisp tones and wonderful vocals. You can keep reading our review here.
3.- Prince of Sweden is back after the release of his live EP Live From a Dark Room and his follow-up single “Garrison Lane”, London-based singer-songwriter has released his most mature work yet: the EP Kicking Out Time. This new release encompasses all of the musical ideas that he has been developing since the start of his career. You can keep reading our review here.
4.- Lily Welch “Medicen” in her own words: “I am a young new independent artist. I want to create and share music that moves people, just like it has moved me. Writing this EP was my “self care” and the way I healed myself during a tough time. Each track offers a unique perspective on the human experience, through love, heartbreak, and self-discovery”. You can read our review here.
5.- Alexa Lash “Heartbreak in Movements” is a journey through five major feelings associated with heartbreak: disappointment, questioning, bargaining, release, and reminiscence. This is an acoustically organic album – the piano and strings were recorded in an open room, with waves hitting the air before they hit the microphone. You can read our review here.
“I’ve been working on this album for over a year, and I really love it. It’s a testament to hard work, collaboration, and being patient with yourself and your capabilities. I really can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”

6.- Miss Daisy “Wheel Of Fortune” in her own words: “We didn’t have much hope of it turning into anything more than something friends and family would listen to. But a while back we started realizing that we were on to something pretty good.”
7.- Englightment Saloon has released Scott DL’s Enlightenment Saloon, a new album recorded at The Artisan Studio at Brucemore in Cedar Rapids, IA. Spanning rock and power pop to acoustic ballads, the album includes eleven original songs produced by Gerard Estella. The single “New Normal” features rolling guitar waves, solid lead vocal, imaginative lyrics, soaring melody lines, textural synth, dynamic drums, and steady low end bass.
8.- Charles Warren Orchestra “Too Rare” in their own words: ” In a time when most artists want a gourmet studio treatment, we stayed true to our garage-rock roots and left this EP a little undercooked. These tracks were polished with nothing but blood, guts, and beer, and anyone who’s got a problem with that isn’t who we’re playing for anyway.”
9.- Neverless is making waves with their debut self-titled album. This is a dynamic 12 track release that serves as an impressive introduction to the band’s sound. Formed in Sarasota, FL, Neverless has been staying busy releasing a string of catchy singles and relentlessly playing throughout the state. They have a few major festivals lined up for this year.
